Documentary Services was established in Perth in 1974 — at a time when the settlement industry in Western Australia was still finding its feet. We were there at the beginning, and we have been building on that foundation ever since. What has never changed is our belief that clients deserve clear communication, experienced guidance and a settlement process that is handled properly from start to finish. That commitment has carried us through five decades of market changes, legislative reform and evolving client needs.
